Delete account request
TipTapp account deletion is handled by email request.
How to request deletion
- Email us at info@tiptapp.cloud from the email address used to sign in to TipTapp.

Account deletion request -
Include:
- Your TipTapp sign-in email
- (Optional) Your profile display name
- A clear statement that you want your account deleted
If you no longer have access to your sign-in email, include any information that can help us locate your account.
What we delete / what we keep
After confirming the request, we will delete (or anonymize where appropriate) personal data stored by TipTapp that is associated with your account, such as:
- Account profile data (e.g., display name)
- App account identifiers used to access TipTapp
We may retain certain records where required for legal, accounting, chargeback/dispute handling, or fraud prevention purposes (for example, transaction logs). Payment information is handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) under their policies.
Typical completion time: within 30 days of confirming your request.
